CulturE audit.

A cultural audit of the client organization/institution includes a digital survey for individual responses and small group discussion forums for participants from all levels of the organization/institution. We will also examine the current organizational/institutional policies, practices, employee data (ie. demographics, recruitment, retention), and systems of support and accountability. All data will be compiled and analyzed into a summary report to be presented to the client.

 

CULTURE & BELONGING Action Plan.

A Culture & Belonging Plan of Action will be developed in partnership with the client following the results of the cultural audit and/or discussion of client needs. The plan will include client goals, metrics, and systems of accountability by which to evaluate and measure progress.

trainings/worKshops.

A schedule of trainings/workshops will be developed in partnership with the client according to their Culture & Belonging Plan of Action and/or discussion of client needs.

Check-in.

A schedule of monthly check-ins with the client to assess progress, address organizational/institutional concerns, answer questions, and receive/provide feedback to ensure client is progressing toward desired goal(s). If applicable, reevaluation of client Culture & Belonging Plan of Action will be conducted during this time with adjustments made as necessary.
